Kayak

This Kayak is of traditional design with a 12 oz canvas over timber frame not unlike the Eskimo and traditional Norwegian vessels of the past. It is designed for coastal and moderate river and lake conditions. It is relatively light and easy to stow.  The comprehensive kit comes with paddles and hardware but is exclusive of paint only. Additional components can be supplied to create forward and aft hatches at additional cost. Please enquire upon application.

NOTE: This does add an additional 4 kg to the build. The build time on this is approximately 20~25 hours with the bulk of time involved in painting to makers personal requirements.
