Catamaran

This Catamaran was designed primarily as a coastal fishing/diving vessel. Because of its stability you can stand up in it therefore making it an ideal soft baiting/casting platform. In essence there are 3 separate watertight chambers being the two pontoons and the “sled” between. Additional hatches and hardware can be added to suit the individual’s requirement which gives a huge amount of storage including putting in tote tanks.

One big advantage is the amphibious option of the three wheel jockey. This make for an easy beach launch and retrieve. The suggested outboard rated is 5~10hp. It will get two people up on plan with a 5 hp. This is great way to introduce young people to the water, boating and fishing skills. It is relatively light and easy to stow.

This is great family product from the built right through to application.  The comprehensive kit comes with all hardware stated with the exception of paint only. The build time on this is approximately 30~40 hours with the bulk of time involved in preparation and painting to makers personal requirements. With careful building sanding and preparation time can be kept to a minimum.
